Hartford Village hall is available to hire for classes, meetings and other events. See below for photographs and information about the venue.
Prices for hiring the main hall Monday – Friday:
- Organisations/Groups/Local Community £13 an hour
- Commercial Groups £21 an hour

A refundable deposit will be required at the time of booking. All hirers must conform to the Conditions of Hire.
Services
The hall is centrally heated and has a traditionally polished wooden floor. Wi-Fi is available throughout the building. Furniture (tables and chairs etc) are provided to suit users’ needs and are included within the hire fee. All parts of the building are fitted with smoke detectors.
Accessibility
Hartford Village Hall has been refurbished to make it more accessible for people with disabilities and additional needs. The building’s accessible features include:
- Blue Badge car parking
- A ramp to the main entrance
- Accessible WC’s
- A hearing loop
- All facilities on the ground floor
- Wooden floor / low-pile carpets / laminated flooring.
The building does however have some limitations – for example, the main entrance door and the internal doors do not open automatically/via push pad, and the kitchen does not have lower-height work surfaces. Please contact us to discuss any accessibility needs and we will do our best to assist you.
The main hall
The main hall is welcoming, flexible, and suitable for a wide range of events and activities. The lighting has been designed to provide a clear and bright light. A ceiling mounted digital overhead projector and mounted screen are also available for use by those hiring the room.
The kitchen
The modern kitchen is situated between the hall and the meeting room.
Car park
The hall has car-parking facilities, including two disabled spaces.
There is also an onsite defibrillator house in the old telephone box at the entrance of the car park.
